Road and traffic construction is not communicated graphically. This idea is to create a map-app that would graphically display road, traffic and River Valley trail construction, and allow users to update the construction status (i.e. of River Valley trail projects). Furthermore, users could define a geographic area on the map where they would be notified (tweeted, text) if any new construction was initiated (i.e. on their commute).
